About Passenger Vehicle

Q1. Who are your target customers & markets?
We focus on regions with large car parcs—Europe & North-America—where our LiFePO4 drop-in replacements target AGM batteries in sedans, SUVs and Japanese imports. Core buyers: auto-parts importers, battery distributors, chain repair shops & service centres.
Q2. Do you supply a vehicle-application list?
Batteries are group-size based, not VIN-specific. We provide cross-reference charts (AGM → LiFePO4), top-selling group sizes for your local vehicle parc, and an online fitment look-up by make / model / year.
Q3. How does LiFePO4 cut total cost?
8-year design life & 5-year free replacement warranty eliminate 2-3 AGM changes. Low internal resistance raises alternator efficiency → measurable fuel savings in stop-start traffic.
Q4. Price position vs. lead-acid?
Parity with premium SLIG brands (Bosch, Varta, ACDelco). 20-30 % above generic lead-acid, offset by life-cycle savings.
Q5. Customisation options?
MOQ reached = FREE custom terminals, case dimensions, capacity labels & full-colour retail packaging.
Q6. MOQ, lead-time & volume rebate?
50 pcs | 30 days ex-factory | tiered rebates & container pricing available—ask your sales rep.
Q7. Where do you already sell?
China, South-Korea, ASEAN. Customer repeat-order rate > 85 %, zero field-failure claims in 3 years.
Q8. Which cars use lithium as OE?
Land-Rover, Porsche, Maybach, Bentley, McLaren, Rolls-Royce and other high-end platforms since 2018.
Q9. Vehicles NOT suitable?
  • Cars with chronic engine-bay > 75 °C (design defect)

  • Stock battery < 45 Ah (lead-acid cheaper)

  • Fleet parked outdoors below −25 °C for weeks

  • Battery-electric vehicles (traction pack, not 12 V)

Q10. Extra certification cost?
CE, RoHS, UN38.3, ISO9001 on file. Special certs (UL, IEC 62660) quoted case-by-case against forecast volume.
Q11. Should I worry about temperature?
No. Active thermal pad optional for Arctic or +40 °C desert fleets; standard spec covers 98 % of global climates.
Q12. Installation difficulty?
100 % drop-in: same footprint, same cable layout, BMS self-adapts to alternator voltage—no coding required.
Q13. How to pick the right model?
1) Read OE battery group (e.g. DIN: LN3, EN: 096, BCI: H6). 2) Email us car year/make/model → we reply with data sheet in 2 h. 3) Or send desired Ah / case size / terminal layout.
Q14. Specs snapshot
  • Operating temp: −25 °C ~ +66 °C

  • Voltage window: 11.2 V – 14.9 V

  • Cont. discharge: 6 C | Peak: 12 C

  • Cont. charge: 3 C | Peak: 6 C

Q15. Internal resistance & self-discharge?
≤ 3 mΩ IR; ≈ 1.5 Ah / month self-discharge (varies by Ah rating).
