About Commercial Vehicle

Q1. Who are your target customers and markets?
We focus on regions with large commercial-vehicle populations: Central & South America, Eastern Europe, West & Central Asia, and the Middle East. Target clients include parts importers, battery distributors, fleet chains, logistics companies and truck-AC equipment dealers.
Q2. Can you supply an application list for my market?
Batteries are grouped by capacity and footprint, not VIN-specific. We provide AGM→LiFePO4 cross-reference charts, top-selling group sizes for your local vehicle parc and an online look-up by make/model/year.
Q3. How does LiFePO4 cut costs and increase efficiency for commercial vehicles?
No secondary generator is needed—saving purchase, maintenance and fuel costs every year. One LiFePO4 battery replaces four lead-acid units (cranking + hotel load). With a 5-year warranty, annual cost is lower than lead-acid; daily cost is about 1/10 and pay-back is achieved in the first year.
Q4. Price level compared with lead-acid?
Higher up-front price but 5× longer life. Over five years one LiFePO4 replaces at least six lead-acid batteries, giving a lower total cost of ownership. Daily cost is roughly 1/10 that of lead-acid and ROI is reached within 12 months.
Q5. What customisation is available for product and packaging?
At or above MOQ we offer free customisation of terminals, capacity, carry handle, case dimensions, labels and retail carton.
Q6. What is the MOQ, lead time and volume discount?
20 pieces; 30 days ex-factory; tiered discounts for volume orders—details from your sales contact.
Q7. Where do you currently sell and how is performance?
Markets include China, Russia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Repeat-purchase rate > 85 % with zero field-failure claims in three years.
Q8. Which commercial vehicles use lithium as original equipment?
Due to cost control, no CV OEM currently fits LiFePO4 as standard; all trucks still ship with lead-acid.
Q9. How can I customise the software / APP?
Software & APP customisation is a paid option. Typical features: GPS positioning, remote start, status monitoring, heating control and customer-management reporting.
Q10. How does GPS work internationally?
We supply an international-version GPS modem and grant you top-level admin rights for global access.
Q11. Should I worry about temperature?
No. The pack is built for external extremes; in low temperatures we reserve 15 % capacity to guarantee first-crank success and easy operation.
Q12. Is installation difficult?
Drop-in for most diesel trucks—case sizes match standard battery boxes. Only a few CNG or odd-shape chassis need an alternative model.
Q13. Which vehicles are NOT suitable?
Scania officially recommends against the use of LiFePO4 batteries.
Q14. How do I select the correct model?
Short-haul trucks: ≤ 3.8 kWh (≈ 5 h hotel load). Line-haul with parking demand: ≥ 5.1 kWh (7-10 h). Send us your battery-box dimensions and target run-time and we will match a model.
Q15. Operating temperature, voltage and C-rate ranges?
  • Operating temperature: –35 °C to +66 °C

  • Voltage range: 22.4 V – 30 V

  • Continuous discharge: 4 C; peak: 8 C

  • Continuous charge: 2 C; peak: 4 C
